  1. Health & Wellness: Yours & ours. We take into account your overall health & wellness. We respectfully work within our scope as a movement professional. If we see something that is outside of our scope we will suggest you seek alternate advice from the appropriate professional. We have been connecting with local business’s in other fields so we can offer a referral suggestion should you need one.

  2. Movement: Movement is an essential part to our overall health & wellness. We value movement education & learning how to incorporate movement into our daily life.

  3. Relationships: Our family, friends, & clients are important to us. We strive to build a strong relationship with our clients.

  4. Authenticity: We believe in being authentic. Movement can seem overwhelming at times. We are not striving for perfection. Instead we aim to show that movement can be incorporated into your daily life overtime. Changing movement patterns takes time, effort, persistence, & grace.
